F and L blend together — you hear both sounds! Like in 'flag' and 'fly'.
The blend FL combines /f/ and /l/ spoken quickly together.

OOR can make the /ɔːr/ sound, like in 'door' and 'floor'.
OOR says /ɔːr/ (the 'or' sound) in door and floor. (In 'poor' it can say /ʊər/.)

After voiced sounds, -S says /z/, like in 'dogs' and 'birds'.
